At HSAIR, Discover YUKA's new generation GHS-A0145 AX high efficiency coalescing air filters for compressed air system which is constructed from aluminum alloy housing and fiberglass air filter element without tie-rod, friendly designed to remove particulate matter, such as dirt and rust, from compressed air lines, with a rating indicating it filters particles down to 0,01 μm. This level of filtration is common for many applications and can help protect downstream equipment from damage and ensure cleaner air for various uses, such as painting or operating pneumatic tools. 

The GHS-A0145 air filter fromYUKA is rated to 7.2 m³/min and utilizes 1-1/2” Rc threads. This air filter is designed with 7 filtration grades to remove all particles down to 0.01 micron and will also remove oil aerosol vapors down to 0.001 mg/m³ (0.001 ppm). This GHS-A0145 is most commonly installed downstream of a refrigerated air dryer to prevent  oil vapor from entering the air dryer and damaging the finished products. So this model is suited with differential pressure indicator to show the differential pressure, internal floating ball automatic drain to discharge condensate without air loss.

YUKA GHS-A Series air line filters have been engineered to deliver low pressure drop throughout the life of the filter element, this new model we still use wrap technology to prevent filtration layers from being punctured and maintaining a low pressure drop on all compressed air, and provide a differential indicator that shows differential pressure on the air filter housing. Long element life provides efficient operation for up to 8000 hours between element changeouts, helping to reduce overall ownership costs.
